What is AZUMA’s dojo?

It is a school to make soba noodles.
Experience the delicious Juwari-Soba; 100% buckwheat noodles you make by yourself. In our school, students use the buckwheat flour immediately after milling which gave priority to the freshness of fully self-milling in our store. Of course, they will make soba noodles without using the binder. In general, Juwari-Soba; 100% buckwheat noodles, which are said to be difficult even by the Buckwheat Pro-maker, can only experience soba making.

  • Day of the dojo

    Every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

  • Dojo Time

    3:00pm-5:00pm
    *One lesson is up to three students.
    *One class is taught politely by a small group.

  • Lesson fee (1 pot)

    ¥ 4320 (incl. tax)

    guidance fee + buckwheat flour contains 500g,
    it is about five to six servings.
    You can take home the buckwheat noodles made.
    If you want to taste the buckwheat noodles you made, you need an additional ¥ 600 per person.

  • Belongings

    Aprons, bandana, towels, takeout containers
    *The tools for making soba noodles are available in the dojo. It is also OK to bring your own tools.

  • Precautions

    ① Hygiene, cut the nail short.
    ② Parents and companions should be aware of your child's experience.
    ③ You can take away all the buckwheat noodles you made yourself. We can also sell soba soup for takeout.
    ④ You can taste the buckwheat noodles you made. If you want to sample the food, we will cook it for you. It is possible to sample it in two style of menus; Zaru-Soba or Kake-Soba.
